I bought a Tango printer a year and a half ago and it was doing awesome for my light at home printing needs, then about a month ago it started to skip a little on the black and put lines in between the text. Thinking it was ink issue, I bought more from HP and had it shipped. I properly installed new cartridges. Did a test print and noticed that the cyan was not printing, just the magenta and yellow. Black was still skipping in areas.
I reinstalled updates for the printers and set it to original factory settings and tried again and still coming both magenta and yellow but not cyan. I tested the Printer Status Report and the Print Quality Diagnosis and both Cyan is not printed. I tried aligning printerheads and it goes through the motions and prints page, then tells me alignment failed.
I really enjoy my Tango Printer but I am getting very frustrated and I've seen a few posts on here about this happening. What's going on HP?
