HP Tango X

Hi - I have moved from Hong Kong to the US. Need to reset the region so I can use the cartridges sold in the US for Tango X.

Hi @40411,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you. Please note that HP Printers use different ink cartridges in different regions, and to use the ink cartridges sold in the current region, we need to change the region settings on the printer.

I request that you please get back to me with the following information so that I can help you change the region settings on the printer.

Do you still have the ink cartridges for both regions

Do you have a printer USB cable? or trying to connect via Wifi?

Please note: A regional reset can only be performed on Windows.

Do you have the printer's full-feature software and drivers installed on your PC?

Hope this helps!

Thanks!

I'm an HP Employee.
