We bought a Tango printer 2 years ago and so far has been doing awesome.
We run out of ink so I bought the cartridges both black and color. I properly installed them and noticed that the cyan was not printing.
I found a helpful video in HP about cleaning head printers were it was explained how to soak the cartridges in hot water. I did what was indicated and looked that it would work. It worked on the paper towel where I gently rubbed the heads on, that clearly showed the 3 traces of cyan magenta and yellow.
I tested with the printer again and the cyan didn't come, just the magenta and yellow.
I reinstalled updates for the printers and set it to original factory settings and tried again and still coming both magenta and yellow but not cyan.
I am thinking there is a problem with the chips that read inside the printer and it seems like they are either misreading or mistakenly sensing that the cyan is empty.
BTW I tested the Printer Status Report and the Print Quality Diagnosis and both Cyan is not printed.
I really enjoy my Tango Printer and is the perfect size for my life style so I would love to know how to go forward.
