HP Tango X new is completly stacked as new installed cartridges will not move, no light on Info button, power on/off button is not responding and the printer won`t connect to WiFi. HP Smart app/software can't find the printer on WiFi when searching. When connecting to power it will power on automatically and only long Blue light on front lights and nothing else, nor any respons from the printer. I have tried reseting the printer by pressing WiFi button for 3-5 sec. but that does not help.
Still no respons, and will it showing as not connected printer with no cartridge status on 123.hp.com printer profile.
The printer is still on warranty, and not sure if the printer is faulty or is there something Im doing wrong. Is there any option to reset this to default factory settings other way than guided in public, I mean any none public information for doing this by any HP Technical.
Thank you

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, this seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Check if the printer carriage is moving freely inside the printer.
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till the warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for your feedback.
I tested by following your guideline but it still will not work at all. The printer carriage (InkClub MHC140) is stucked at the left side of the printer and will not move freely / or will not move at all automatically or if Im using some kind of force manually, inside the printer. Both printer carriage (color and black) are placed correctly and nothing is wrong there.
When doing as described by you the only thing I could se happend was constant blue long light on the front of the printer and after few seconds it lighted to short blue lights on the front of the printer for some few seconds, which normaly means that the printer is trying to reset WIFi connection.
By checking my router I can see the printer is connecting to WiFi and getting IP address but HP Smart is not avle to find it on WiFi even all my devices are connected to the same WIFi SSID.
Looks like mechanical fail or maybe my printer is banned on HP Smart solution as it still has a profile on HP Smart solution with all needed details.
So provided solution did not helped.
Anything else I can try?

Thank you for posting back.
Let's restore network settings to default settings
Press and hold (the Wi-Fi button) on the back of the printer for at least three seconds. Then the printer enters the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. It keeps searching and waiting for the HP Smart app to connect within about two hours, and then stops searching.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I have tried everything and I can see that the printer is connecting to WiFi and getting IP address from my router.
When trying to logon directly to printer webconsole at the printer IP address http://printer_ip_address/ usually you should be able to see printer webconsole with almost all printer functions/settings and details, but in my case with this printer I see only the following printer page with the following details:
"Welcome to nginx!
If you see this page, the nginx web server is successfully installed and working. Further configuration is required.
For online documentation and support please refer to nginx.org.
Commercial support is available at nginx.com.
Thank you for using nginx.

Wonder if the printer embedded OS probably may have been corrupted during any kind of automatic OS version update or something like that? Can the embedded OS be restored to default factory OS version or downgraded/upgraded by sending an other OS version through bluetooth/WiFi?
Thank you
