Yes I was wondering if anybody else had the same problems as I do that my ink doesn't get ordered on time and I have to call and get things fixed all the time I've always got paper jams and I never get anywhere with customer service I got hung up on several times and to know help and of course you can't cancel because they will charge you

But thank you for your response I really appreciate it but the problem does not really so much light into the printer or the connection to the internet or me paying my bill I don't know why it's the all-in-one service that I'm subscribed to it's not the insta Inc I had instinct ink and never had a bit of trouble out of it it was great but when I switched over to this all-in-one plan that's where everything went bad and as far as you know the customer service I mean when I called to order ink they're still 2 to 3 days from ordering it from the time that I called and then I called back because one of the ones you sent me wasn't working and it's still he put aces well I'll put in an order it was another 2 days after that before it even shipped so it's like okay I'm two weeks out without this printer and was trying to get things done before Christmas for Christmas gifts and now I'm 2 weeks behind Christmas and you guys have got your payments on time and everything I just don't understand why I'm not getting my ink and when I call customer service the guy asked me if there was anything else you could help me with and I said yes I really don't like my service and the phone was just dead and he hung up on me and I called right back and somebody picked up the phone and hung it right back up so they hung up on me twice I mean when I screw up I'm expected to make it right nobody's even offered to make anything right they just keep blaming me or my printer for it I don't know I'm at my wit's end with it I'm ready to ship it back to you guys and just have you I guess try to get the money out of me to finish paying it off or whatever I'm really fed up with it
