Thank you for your response.


Unfortunately, I did reach out to your HP Customer Service, and they did all that they could do.


My main issue with this whole experience was the fact that the printer was functioning until the update was automatically installed. Now the printer error is no printer head. I also discovered that after the update the circuit board is now covered in ink.

 

The printer is now destroyed which was caused by the HP update.


Very disappointed in HP and may never buy another printer or PC from HP again.


I am involved with several companies, and I will not recommend any HP products going forward.


I have been in IT for over 35 years, and I was totally shocked at what I witnessed with the HP update.
