Product: HP OfficeJet 8702 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP OfficeJet 8702 indicated 1 color cartridge needed changing. Cartridge was changed, but printer wouldn't allow printing to continue until every single cartridge was replaced. Now, after using it several times, printer indicates cartridges are low and need to be changed. What a huge waste of resources and money. I have saved all cartridges to resend to HP for recycling, however, needing to spend extra money unnecessarily seems outrageous, especially if all cartridges need replacing all at once. I use the XL. Has anyone found a way to resolve this issue?
