HP CF500X cartridge brand new when installed gives message 

indicated cartridges blocked for containing a non-HP chip

installed 2 brand new Hp cartridges get same message

printer is a color laser jet MFP M281cdw

help please

I see that you are facing cartridge issues with your HP Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this weblink.


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
