@Leerider, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Deskjet 2752e is printing blank pages despite having full ink cartridges, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Make sure that the ink cartridges are correctly installed in the printer.
  • Verify that the tape covering the ink nozzles has been removed.
  • Use genuine HP ink cartridges for the best results.

Clean the Printhead:

  • Print a diagnostic page to determine if there are any issues with the printhead.
  • Use the printer’s software on your computer to clean the printhead, which might resolve clogs or dried ink in the nozzles.

Verify Paper and Print Settings:

  • Confirm that the paper type and size settings match exactly what is loaded in the printer.
  • Check the print settings in the printer software to ensure that "Plain Paper" is selected.

Perform a Printer Reset:

  • Turn the printer off, and then unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Update or Reinstall Drivers:

  • Make sure your printer's drivers are up to date. Visit the HP support website to download and install the latest drivers.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Inspect the printer for any visible hardware issues or paper jams that may interfere with printing.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
