Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an hp deskjet 3720 printer that has been failing for some time. Specifically it does not print black (the only time it printed black for me is when I did the head alignment but still not printing all the lines) and also doing head alignment and cleaning as recommended by an expert guy which I asked did not settle the thing
I am adding photos so as to be clearer
