I understand your HP DeskJet 3752 All-In-One Printer is printing blank pages despite using the cleaning tools, there are several potential issues and troubleshooting steps you can follow:
 

Troubleshooting Steps

Check Ink Levels:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are not empty. You can check the ink levels through the HP Smart app or the printer software on your computer.

Reinstall Ink Cartridges:

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges to ensure they are properly seated.
  • Close the ink cartridge access door.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn on the printer.
  • While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer.

Run a Print Head Cleaning:

  • Open the HP Printer Assistant on your computer.
  • Navigate to the maintenance section and select “Clean Printhead”.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cleaning process.

Print a Test Page:

  • Print a test page to see if the issue persists.
  • If the test page prints correctly, the issue might be with the document or print settings you were using.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates using the HP Smart app or the HP support website.

Check for Printhead Issues:

  • If the printhead is clogged or damaged, it can cause printing issues.
  • You may need to clean the printhead manually. Refer to the printer's user manual for instructions on how to do this.

Use Genuine HP Cartridges:

  • Ensure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges, as third-party cartridges may not work correctly.

Align the Printer:

  • Sometimes alignment issues can cause print problems. Use the HP Printer Assistant or HP Smart app to align the printer.
