My printer only prints white pages - I tried it all: align inkheads, clean inkheads, checked if they still are sufficiently full, but neither black nor colored ink are being printed. Even the test print page is blank ... the printer works well both wireless and when connected with a cable.

I am running out of ideas. Please help!

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times. Now, print a quality report and check the result.

 

If the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
