I have been having trouble with my printer, it either sends out a completely blank page or very light and lined printed page. I’ve tried everything to fix it it seems and I can’t get it right. Does anyone have any info, the virtual chats have nothing to offer me that I haven’t already done. Thanks.

I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing a print quality issue
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

Make sure your device is on the same wireless network as your printer.

Open HP Smart, and then select your printer, if it is not already selected.

Under Tools, click Printer Reports.
-
Next to Print Quality Report, click Print.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
