Hi,

 

I live in the Philippines and my sister bought this printer from Dubai, UAE and brought it here in the Philippines. I installed an Original Genuine HP Ink 680 (instead of HP 652) that I bought in a local store here in the Philippines, the original box indicated that it was for this printer, but still it is incompatible. Can you please help me make this work? Please send me an email. Thank you.
