bought a new HP printer from HP. The new printer does not use the same ink as the old printer. I had HP Instant Ink subscription with the old printer, canceled that subscription and got a new HP Instant ink subscription for my new printer. I have 3 cartridges left that are brand new for my old printer. John that helped me with instant ink said I should go on here to get my cartridges exchanged for new ones that my new printer uses. So here I am, what is the next step???????
