Product: HP OfficeJet 5222 All-in-One Printer

My HP 5222 all in one inkjet printer keeps saying “is not communicating with cartridge“ I did everything I found online about cleaning, rebooting, remove and reinstall, nothing works. It all started after I got a new cartridge in the mail because my other ran out. It was a larger sized one than the one I originally had. Idk if that’s why? Maybe they sent me the wrong one? it does not work, no matter how many  times or things I tried to make it work. And now HP support phone lines are closed. Lol sometimes living in hawaii is not a good thing. Time zones suck!
