I have just got a new laptop and am trying to set up HP instant ink. During the sign-up process, it asks me for my address. However, it assumes I live in the USA and does not provide an option to change the country. Given that I live in the UK this is a bit of a problem.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Did you purchase the printer in USA or in UK?

Thank you

Thanks for getting back to me.

I received the printer as a Christmas present but it will have been bought in the UK. I've never lived in America and have no connection to it.

I should say that the printer is working fine. I just can't sign up to Instant Ink as whenever I get to the stage of giving my address it assumes I live in the US and I can't change this.

My HP laserjet pro m118dw only reacts when it feels like it - it seems to think we are in USA and I cant change that setting - can anyone help? When it works its great but I can't rely on its responding. Sometimes it kicks in and prints after an hour
