Looking for help with my HP instant ink subscription AGAIN… this printer is fairly new and hardly been used, it has no damage to it whatsoever… it’s for DeskJet 4120e.

i’ve been trying to update payment method for my printer to continue the HP instant ink subscription. I’ve updated it approximately 3 times and each time you have take £1 out of my bank (adding to £3 in total) but have still been unable to print anything as it’s still telling me to update my payment method on the app and on the printers display. I’ve tried everything and have been unsuccessful. I can’t access my HP account on the internet I only have access through the app. It’s saying the same error message time and time again like the last time. I’m getting tired of this and I’m honestly just thinking of throwing the printer outside. Unbelievable.
