Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered new 63 cartridges from amazon HP store for my HP office jet 3830 printer.  Did not need them yet but wanted to have them for when I needed them.  I changed cartridges but printer says they are not right.  I have repeatedly took them in and out.  One time it let me print.  Now back to not printing.  Help!
