Product: HP officejet 4658
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my HP officejet 4658 dies not recognize or accept original cartrige. I allready changed it but the printer wants me to set it in again and again. I also switched off the printer Wirth and without cartrige. No Changes. The printer is 4 years old. Is this a quality problem of this printer. Can it be repaired? Do I have to buy a new one?
