HP officejet 6978 is not printing correct colors

My printer started not printing the correct colors, blues show up as pink and green show up as yellow. I have changed my cyan cartridge to a brand new one and same results. I've run the printer status report and Cyan is blank. Does anyone have a solution for this issue? my cartridges are genuine HP

I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
-
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
-
From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu.
-
Open the Reports or Tools menu.
-
Touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

I printed a Printer Status Report and the Cyan box is empty except the printer recognizes the cartridge. I installed new on 12/2/2020. The magenta, yellow and black all show their color in the box but Cyan is blank. Everything about the cyan is identical to the other colors but it just doesn 't show the cyan color.
