Problem when replacing yellow toner.
"Printer Failure. There is a problem with printer or ink failure"

1) Using all HP printer ink toner.
2) Have power cycled completely
3) Have taken yellow toner in and out (fully seated).

Printer dead ... can't get beyond this error message.  THX - B

Further cycling of printer cartridges -- one or more of the printer cartridges [(Yellow) indicated] appear to be damaged ... highly frustrating as this is expensive new HP toner cartridge.  LSS, have cycled different cartridges still same error.

How do I just print in Black and White (get beyond this error).  THX - B

Per attached photos...  I suspect something with that mini PCB (Printed Circuit Board that "sits"/placed right above printer injection (suction) needle … that likely needs to be replaced … I tried cleaning it off and did NOT resolve.

1. Has anyone experienced this issue -- is anyone able to share YouTube as to how to fix this? Where to get part?  (Don't want this to printer to end up in landfill).

2. Also, for now the error is blocking all printing including Black and White.  Is there a way around this error such that we can just print in Black and White.

The HP community support system/process has been a time consuming nightmare — I am being forced into this AUTO-HELP pipes or SELF-HELP pipes that I just excruciating and NOT HELPFUL  ... I am spending insane about of time just trying to get through HP blockers one after the other ... latest just trying to communicate about an HP issue to HP but incorrect ERROR notices, that prevents me from sending the “Here are the specific issues I am having with HP product

So, insanity recap, I am attempting to communicate to HP why the links they (HP) have provided are not UP-TO-DATE or otherwise dead or non-functioning and I cannot even do that because HP AUTO email support system throwing the above INCORRECT error message AND not allowing me to proceed (send/reply to support email) EVEN after I have addressed all issues posited by the original HP error msg.  Ie. This blocker (unable to Reply to HP about HP problems) persists EVEN after I have fully removed all URLs in the body of the message that I have been try to send to HP for last hour.

Very unhappy HP customer
