Product: HP pagewide pro 477dw

I purchase this printer. Neither 3rd party cartridges nor ho original 972 cartridge running on it. Only hp 975x and 975a is working on it. This is unprofessional from HP company who is unable to provide 975a and 975x cartridges nor accepting other compatible cartridges.

Kindly propose solution. Atleast your printer should run 972a and 972x that I can procure from Dubai.

Hi,

The printer uses HP 975  cartridges in Asia Pacific, a printer purchased and used in Asia Pacific is not expected to allow using HP 972 cartridges, these are used in North America only and not in other countries:

Thanks for reply and guidance.

as I see HP975 cartridge is not available in Pakistan and they are too serious on courterfeit cartridges instead allowing some companies to follow their standards of cartridges.

In short, I purchased this printer considering HP brand but useless for me as HP does not provide such cartridges in Pakistan i.e. I cannot shop it by selecting Pakistan region.

HP to share solution to have HP975 cartridge so I can use this printer.
