Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP printed bad quality page because of lake of ink, but instant ink still count it as valid usage.

Since i do not have any details about your account, This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
