I'd like to know why I have two HP printers that unless you're buying their ink cartridges monthly which I don't need.  The printer doesn't work.  Have to be signed up for the monthly ink refill to have your printer to continue to work regardless of the low amount of usage.   WT?????

It is impossible to answer this question without knowing the model number of your printer and a more detailed description of the ink plan you signed up for.
