HP reward

Hi everybody! I have a problem in accessing and downloading the reward. These are the printscreens I had after the different steps.

Is anyone available to explain me the reason why this occurs?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

Years ago someone had the bright idea to attach "Rewards" to the printer software.

Not a very good idea, after all.

The Rewards campaign ended in 2017.

Rewards have never (since that time) been tied to any printer software.

Lesson learned.

Normally, if your printer software could be upgraded to a newer version in which the "Rewards" had been removed, you would never see the old message.

Your printer is old - the printer software is old (2015).

All you can do is ignore the message.
