Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer stopped working and said Printer Problem or Ink Problem.  I turned it off and unplugged it.  Turned it back on and it worked for a while.  It stopped again, same message.  It will not restart this time.  Printer control screen stays on the Printer Problem message.  HP virtual support says to try cleaning print head.  How do I clean print head for HP 8610?

If you have an error message you can't pass it to get to the cleaning menu
