I bought it from HP's official online store in last September. I didn't use it immediately because I was waiting for my previous old printer to die out. I even didn't test this new printer after receiving it because I thought there won't be any issue since it came from HP's official online store.
When I finally started using this new printer, I noticed that it printed black & white ok, but its color print is defective. I still trusted in HP so I thought the issue might be just because of some configuration problem.
Then, I found out the original cartridges that came with this new printer were almost depleted after printing less than 20 pages. I didn't complain. I went to HP.com and ordered new cartridges.
After some more time, I realized that the printer must have a real issue with color printing. I searched on HP.com trying to find a solution. But all the suggestions didn't work.
Finally, I decided to ask for support from HP team. However, HP's website showed to me that there is no available service to my printer because "Product has been exchanged". What the hell?

Hi Dragon-Fur,
Thanks for your response. I look forward to hearing feedback from your request for review. Appreciate your help!
I tried to submit a dispute by following the link you mentioned (HP Computers and Printers - How to Submit a Dispute to Validate Your Warranty). However, after I followed the suggestions on this page, HP's system didn't show a "Dispute this" link for me. As such, I could not submit a dispute. Below is a screenshot.
Very frustrated. Seems HP sells defective products and doesn't allow customers to contact them to solve the product issues.
