Hello,
I am facing an issue with a printer model : Smart tank 750. The issue arise when we remove the black printhead and install another one from another smart tank 750 to check if the printhead was working.
After we put back again the printhead that had, the printer gives an error : Protected printhead installed, and we cannot print.
Any solution for this?
