Product: HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

I have a HP2755 printer. I recently changed the multi-color ink. But when I am trying to print a document, the page is not printing the text. The black is full by the way. I also cleaned the printheads with the HP Smart cleaning tool. How does this get fixed? My printer was working fine before I changed the ink cartridge. Thanks in advance.
