HP Recommended

My HP 2800 printer simply refuses to print using the black ink cartridge despite following through with all the advice that has previously been posted. This printer is probably less than one year old. Is there anything by way of new advice to resolve this please.

If the ink cartridges has some dried ink then you need to clean.
