I have an HP 3630 All-in-one printer.
I have new cartridges. The tri-color one works fine. The black one does not. Every three lines are faded, blurry, and streaked.
The cartridge is brand new. I have aligned the printheads. I have clean the printheads through the HP Smart App twice. I have manually cleaned the printhead twice. Nothing has solved the problem. I tried to replace it with ANOTHER black cartridge I bought. The printer refuses to even recognize that one.
I'm hoping someone else has had this issue and might be able to add some input.
I've lost all hope of getting a relevant let alone helpful response from HP. They won't even let me CONTACT customer support without a serial number. Except when I enter the serial number GIVEN TO ME BY THE HP SMART APP, it gives me an error message lol.
I've been dealing with this problem for weeks, and it's clear that HP couldn't be more disinterested in providing support for its customers. As of now, I am planning on throwing it all out and just switching printers this week. I doubt it needs to be said, but whatever printer that new one is, it will be anything but an HP.
