Hi, we have an HP 3630 that was bought in UK. The cartridge is 63/302 as labelled on the cartridge itself. Does this mean we can use 63 or 302 cartridge? When we open the printer door, there is a sticker that says 302. Another question, since 302 is used in Europe, does this mean we cannot use 302 cartridge in the Philippines or should we use 63?

When we set the printer and connected to a PC, we are also getting a message saying that Incompatible HP instant ink cartridge and is asking us to contact support for hp instant ink.

 Hi @Soi1,

I'd like to help!

I understand you moved and the printer is not is accepting the new region cartridges.

HP 63/302 instant ink cartridge is not the same as HP 63 and HP 302

You will not able to use 302 in the Philippines and 63 in Europe.

Unless those cartridges are available in the regions.

The printer must regionalize to the use the compatible cartridges in that region.

To regionalize and change the region on your instant ink account, you might have to reach the HP Instant Ink phone support team

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
