Hi all, I have a HP Deskjet 3760 printer which has suddenly started printing out of alignment. I'm trying to print postage labels but they're barely legible and the barcode is a blurry mess. I've replaced both of the ink cartridges (with genuine HP ink) because both were low and if anything it's now a little worse. I've tried the 'clean printhead' function but that hasn't helped. Neither did the cartridge alignment. I read somewhere that it perhaps needs a firmware update but I can't seem to get to anything through the menus on the app or here on a web browser.
Any ideas?

Hi @BlackBeltNic,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Also, try a firmware update: Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
