Ink cartridge problem: Ink cartridge must be replaced.
@Richard3742, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that the printer is in an error state, follow the steps below to isolate and resolve the issue-
Check your cartridges
Make sure the cartridge numbers match your printer and the country/region where the printer was purchased.
Go to HP Store and verify the cartridge numbers for your printer model and country/region. Replace any incompatible cartridges.
Reset the printer
Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If you still have issues, follow steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
