My HP5275 printer is suddenly printing garbage after changing new cartridges. Ive tried all that Print Doctor and other diagnostics has suggested. Reloaded drivers, etc. It is just 13 months old. Has anyone encountered this problem?

I have the same problem!  Did you find a solution?  I think it is communication between Windows 10 and the HP printer.  It may have occurred after a software update of one or the other.  If I print something directly from a webpage, it prints fine but anything from Word or Excel is garbage.

No, I never got a solution. HP only replied when I tried contacting them to say unit was out of warranty. This is the 2nd time I've had similar problems with this series printer. I can only say HP is making cheap printers to make money which just last a month or 2 after end of warranty. And seeing they didn't care to offer help, I'm done with HP. I'm ordering a Brother printer. I'm out of pocket on 4 useless cartridges now to make matters worst.

Thanks for your reply.  Your story actually supports my suspicion that HP does this to our out of warranty printers on purpose with a software update.  I have ordered a Brother printer, and I too now have wasted, overpriced ink cartridges.  NEVER AGAIN, HP!

It is well over 2 weeks now and no one from your  local support has been in contact with me, as you promised. What is the situation with my now useless printer printing garbage after I changed the cartridge????
