Purchased 2 HP65 ink cartridges from Walmart in Orlando from where I was there for business.
I travel with my HP3772 - since the business room in all hotels are never working properly.
Installed them and print was very light and hazy.
I tried black and color and still the same.
I shook them to loosen contents, and still same.
Returned the ink cartridges to a Walmart at my home and told:
Sorry, since I opened the package, their rules are not to refund.
There is no sign stating the refund rules by the ink area.
Manager was called over and she stated same rule.
She said to contact manufacturer.
I think it is wrong to open ink cartridges, install them properly, find them defective, and cannot get a refund of $40.00+
No product responsibility. Amazing way to do business especially being a huge company like HP.
What do you think I should do now?
Thanks in advance for your replies!!
