HP 6520
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have a HP 6520 All in one Printer i Purchased in 2014. Today, 10-13-2020 the Black Cartridge, HP 564 decided to stop printing. I put in a new HP Black and (3) new HP color Cartridges and Black still does not Print. Has anyone in the Community had a similar problem and can steer me in the Right Direction? Maybe it has caught the Virus !! THANK YOU.
