Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to print using color, I have done everything on the website...

replaced the cartridges with new ones

reinstalled the drives 

cleaned the printhead 5 or 6 times

hard reboot, factory reset

checked all the settings, greyscale not enabled

Its only printing black and white.

Please help.

Everything else works and I would hate to buy a new one just because of something I am not seeing... also if I were to buy a new one would it save the settings somehow? since it will be linked with my HP account?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Try making a standalone copy in color check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
