Microsoft Windows 11

Printer was working fine until it said black ink needed to be replaced. Ordered new black ink cartridges HP brand from Sam's club. The cost was $150.00. Installed the new cartridge/s ( I've tried them both as it is a 2 pack).  The printer will now not print black at all.  Not on the test page, not on the smudge clean page, not on the alignment page, not after Uninstall of software and reinstall, not after a hard reset to factory settings, not after a reboot.  This print will run the paper thru make it sound like it's printing and shoot out a blank page. The test pages will print the color and nothing that was supposed to be black. I'm so frustrated as $150.00 for brand new cartridges which will just be money in the trash since thr printer just will not print. Please help can't afford to buy another printer and another hundred plus for ink. This printer has only been lightly used for about a year.
