HP7740 A3 prints are poor quality and not full colour. A4 prints are totally fine.

I was able to print good quality A3 and A4 colour prints yesterday (first time using the new printer). But after a couple of prints, A3 randomly printed black and white even though colour was set up.A4 still printed fine in colour.

today the print quality of A3 is so poor I can't read the text and there is a hint of blue colour but mostly black.

I have uninstalled the printer, deleted the drivers, restarted my computer and reinstalled the HP smart system and printer but the problem is the same. A4 quality is fine and colour is ok, but A3 is not.

I have also changed the drawer settings, swopping A3 and A4 settings. Ink Cartidges are original HP and there is plenty of ink left. I have also tried realigning the print heads.
