Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP9018e printer says cartridge depleted even after replacing the ink cartridge.  Nothing will get it to recognize the new cartridge and the printer won't print.  Help!!
