Hi @QUY4,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP printer is experiencing an issue with color printing, specifically a lack of green in your test prints. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem.

Check Ink Levels: Make sure that the ink cartridges, especially the cyan and yellow ones, are not low or empty, as a lack of these colors can affect green output.

Run a Printhead Cleaning Cycle: Most HP printers have a built-in cleaning function that can help clear clogged nozzles:

  • Go to the printer's control panel.
  • Navigate to the "Setup" or "Tools" menu.
  • Look for an option to clean the printhead or perform a maintenance task.

Print a Test Page: Printing a test page can help identify which colors are not working. Check the color test pattern to see if cyan and yellow are printing correctly.

Check for Clogged Nozzles: If you see any streaks or missing colors in the test print:

  • Access the printer software on your computer and navigate to the maintenance section.
  • Run a nozzle check to see if all colors are printing properly.

Reinstall Ink Cartridges: Sometimes, reseating the cartridges can resolve color issues:

  • Turn off the printer and remove the cartridges.
  • Check for any protective tape that may still be on the cartridges.
  • Reinsert the cartridges securely and turn the printer back on.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed. Check the HP support website for any updates.

Perform a Printer Reset: Resetting the printer can sometimes fix underlying issues:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source for about 5 minutes.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Software Settings: If you are printing from a computer, ensure that the printer settings in your print dialog are set to color and not grayscale.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
