HP Recommended

I have an HP 7858 Envy Photo printer. Today it printed 6 pages in colr and black and white. Then it gave me a message of very low ink. I changed the cartiges HP 64 color and b/w. It says it is not communicating with the printer. I have taken them in and out a number of times, tried another different new cartridge, turned off the printer, unplugged the printer. The message is the same, cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer.
