My Officejet Pro 8625 error noted that the print head failed.

I ordered a new one (HP) and installed it - at the same time I noted the black cartridge seemed light and I replaced it with a new one (950XL).

Upon restarting the printer new error: 'One of the 3 color cartridges failed' - this seemed unusual as they were all new within a week and worked fine in the previous print head. However, I replaced them, one at a time (each time one of the colors disappeared).

Upon changing out all the cartridges the screen again reads: "Missing or Failed Printhead"  The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.  Error code: 0xc19a0023 (the same error that I ordered the replacement print hear for).

I've pulled the printhead out to check it several times and I can see nothing incorrect about its installation and fit.

Please advise!
