I am getting hairline streaks on my printouts.  On color areas, the streaks appear white, or at least lighter in color.  On white areas, the streaks appear to have a mix of colors, as if the color from the colored section of the page is getting smeared across.  The pattern of streaks looks like threads or hairs lying across the page, and the pattern is identical from one printed page to the next.  All my toner cartridges have at least 40% remaining, and I checked the green rollers but could not see any defects.

I've inserted a photo of a sample printout below.  You can see the curving white lines across the face of the sun, and the dark continuation of those lines across the white space at the bottom of the page.  The lines also seem to have a very slight embossing to them.  I'm wondering if there's actually hair or some other contaminant that's gotten into the rollers that's lifting the ink immediately after printing, but I've inspected all the easily accessed areas.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

That looks like a damaged transfer belt.

Remove all toners and inspect the interior under the cartridges for a big grey plastic belt for damages.

Thank you, Valsimot!  I have looked at the transfer belt, and it seems fine.  However, if it works the way I think it does, it might be the portion of the belt that's currently facing downward that comes in contact with the paper.  Do you know if there is a way to check that part of the belt without disassembling the printer?
