Hi.  I'm a member of the automatic in cartridge program, or whatever it's called, and I haven't received a shipment, even though my cartridges are very low on ink.  Have others had this problem?  How do I contact the program to find out what's going on?  Thanks!

Are you a subscriber to the HP Instant Ink program? If so I would suggest starting with the HP Instant Ink website here.  Sign in, then look on the Overview for the Ink Cartridge Status in the lower left.  This will show the status of the ink cartridges.  There is also a link to "View past and future shipments" that will indicate past shipments and also any pending shipments.

Shipments should happen automatically about two months in advance of your cartridges actually running out of ink, as long as your printer is online and connected to the internet.  If needed the document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
