I installed all new genuine HP toner cartridges. I ran the clean function at least 10 times and when I try to print a color test page, everything is still faded. What else can I try? I am uploading 2 images, the first is the test page I am trying to print, the second is the output from my printer.

It's possible that there's an ink leak. Have you checked the capacity of the imaging drum on your wireless printer? Most models have this feature. If the drum is empty, it could be the reason why the printer isn't working properly. Remember that a wireless printer needs both the cartridge and imaging drum to function correctly and one cannot be used without the other.
