- Hello, my OfficeJet 3830 printer will not print black ink.

Hello, my printer will not print black ink. I have an OfficeJet 3830 and I've tried cleaning the cartridges, restarting the printer, printing print quality reports, changing the cartridge, everything all the troubleshooting tells me to do. The printer is only about 1.5 years old. Please help!

I understand that your printer is not printing black ink, I am glad to assist you.
If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
