Help - I don't want this Instant Ink subscription!  I keep getting charged for it and don't want it -- so I cancelled it, and then suddenly my ink cartridges wouldn't work anymore. So I re-signed up and the cartridges started working again.  But then I got an email from HP saying "You've used all your total available pages, but don't worry.  We wanted to let you know that you have used all your included pages for the billing cycle ending May 16, 2025 and have been charged $1.50 for 10 additional pages."

WTH....

I don't want an Instant Ink subscription -- I just want to be able to print and I will buy more cartridges when/if I need them.  Why do I have to have a subscription to make these cartridges work, and why is it saying I've used all of my total available pages and that HP is going to charge me for printing additional pages??

Once you cancel Instant ink the ink cartridges you received or used during subscription no longer work, and you can only use store bought ink cartridges.
